Finding a service
What is LocalsVN?
A directory of services for foreigners who live in Vietnam — housing, visa and legal help, health, transport and education. You find a business and contact it directly; we are not a booking platform and take no commission.
Is it free?
Yes. Searching and contacting businesses is free.
How do I contact a business?
Each listing shows the ways the business can be reached — phone, WhatsApp, Zalo, Telegram, Facebook or email. Where a listing has none of those, you can send a message through the listing and the business replies to your email.
What does "Verified" mean?
Someone on our team has checked that a real business is behind the listing. It is not a judgement of the quality of their work — reviews are a better guide for that.
What does "English spoken" mean?
The business has told us someone there can help you in English. If it turns out otherwise, please report it on the listing. Messaging on Zalo or WhatsApp also lets you use a translator.
Are prices on listings accurate?
Prices are set and entered by the business, and can change. Confirm the price before you commit.
Can I leave a review?
Yes — log in and use the review form on the listing. Reviews appear straight away; we remove ones that break our terms when they are reported.
Something went wrong
A listing is wrong, closed or has moved.
Use "Report incorrect info" on the listing. It reaches our team with the page attached.
I had a problem with a business.
Agreements are between you and the business — LocalsVN is not a party to them. Tell us through the contact page if a listing is misleading, and leave an honest review to help the next person.
A business asked for payment up front.
Be careful with large up-front payments, especially for visa services. Ask for a receipt and written terms, and prefer bank transfer to cash.

How do I list my business?
Create an account and fill in the listing form — about ten minutes. It goes live when you publish.
Does it cost anything?
No. Listing is free and we take no commission.
How do I get the Verified badge?
Our team reviews new listings. To speed it up, send your business license (Giấy phép kinh doanh) through the contact page.
What can I list?
Services foreigners living in Vietnam need: housing, visa and legal help, health, transport, education and other everyday services. We do not list tours, restaurants or second-hand sales.
Can I list more than one location?
Yes — create one listing per location, so each has the right address and map.
Can I change or hide my listing?
Yes, any time, from your dashboard.
Your account and data
Do you sell my personal data?
No. See the privacy policy for what we store and why.
I can't log in.
Use "Forgot it?" on the log-in page to set a new password. If that does not work, contact us.
How do I delete my account?
Send a request through the contact page from the email address on the account.
